Originally from Hertfordshire and gradually moved west.
For twenty years, Claire worked in the Electricity Industry, firstly in an engineering role on power station and then moving into the business side of the industry working on the development of energy markets in the UK and around the world.
The opportunity to devote some time to developing an art practise resulted in studies at the Bristol School of Art. This was followed by some time focusing on working with a number of printmaking techniques which ultimately lead to a Masters Degree in Multi-Disciplinary Printmaking at UWE.
Claire has been working as a professional artist since 2014 and her work is held in private collections around the world
Claire is a member of the artists' groups Out of Print Collective and 'Group C' Artists
Claire lives and works in Bristol in the sunny south west of the UK
A new collection of work has just been released. The work is a series of mini Planes pieces and will be on show at the Cube Gallery and in Chicago and Miami
